History

GardaInvest Costruzioni, a leading company in the construction sector, began its activities in the early 1960’s, when Luigi Grigoletto, father of the current sole director Danilo, founded a small individual company in via Burago of Villa di Salò.

Despite having few resources and low manpower, the tenacity and the entrepreneurial spirit that characterize Grigoletto senior, become fundamental elements for company growth. Through the acquisition of important work in the private sector, it grew quickly both in terms of staff and equipment, succeeding in a short time in making a place for itself in the market.

The fast climb gave the company excellent visibility in the area, guaranteeing it frequent assignments of public projects such as the construction of industrial sheds and urbanization projects in addition to residential complexes. All this contributed significantly to the development of the company, which would later undergo changes in its formation and capital.

The first took place in 1986, when Luigi Grigoletto’s son Danilo replaced him, and, following in his father’s footsteps, established the construction company Danilo Grigoletto and GARDAINVEST S.r.l., undertaking a profitable route that, by adapting to the new and changing market needs, would consequently increase the company activities.

In the last few years, many projects performed both in the public and private sector have taken the company to a position of prestige in the construction sector in the Brescian territory. Today, the company GardaInvest Costruzioni operates in various areas of private production, with both residential and commercial projects, offering highly professional state of the art service.
